Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, to ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24-72 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently schedule and accommodate every client.
